In most cases, yes. Quantity is closely related to production costs. We require a MOQ, i.e., Minumum Order Quantity, to make the mass-production possible at a reasonable cost which the market can accept. We have a RTS Scheme under which NO MOQ is required. Please contact us for details.

We adopt a "pay before, return after" sample charge policy. We welcome product development collaboration projects. The original design samples involve an investment in manpower and materials. Therefore you may be requested to share the costs. This charge will be returned under the first practical order. As for the payment under the online orders of the ready-made samples at this site, you are eligible to get the full refund if you place a further order that meets our agreed MOQ requirement.

The quantities of mass-production are actually decided by each specific order. In other words, we usually do not produce extra goods. Therefore we do not keep any stock except for our RTS Scheme.

The RTS Scheme refers to our Ready-To-Ship Selling Scheme under which we prepared some best-selling goods for small orders. Items under RTS Scheme do not have MOQ requirement. Customers are granted to buy any RTS item as few as just ONE piece. For details, please contact us.
