DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIME
Sample orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment. The estimated time of arrival to your door varies from 7-15 days in most cases.
Parcel tracking information will be furnished after dispatch.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
BULK ORDER REFUNDS
